In 1567, under the reign of Henri IV, Jehan Dufau poses the first stone of the residence which will become the Manor of Paguy.In 1933, Theodore Lapeyre, the grandfather of Albert Darzacq obtains the Manor.
Nowadays, the property extends on more than 77 hectares including 11 ha of vines, a wine storehouse, and 4 B&B rooms with quality label 'Gîtes de France'.
