La Métairie des Bois
La Métairie is situated in the Loire Valley. This house was built in typical Touraine architecture, dating from the 16th century and its original character has been carefully conserved over the years, . We are near the city Loches and Tours, Chenonceau surrounded by 200 hectares of private woods and small lakes with good fishing.The garden is filled with roses and centuries old trees and sometimes on a walk, you can catch a glimpse of roe deer or a stag, or herons and wild ducks near the ponds.
The four double bedrooms are prettily decorated and furnished with family furniture and each have a bathroom with either bath or shower. All the bedrooms have a sofa and television, a coffee maker and a small fridge.
The swimming pool is large, terraced and equipped with sunbeds and cushions. Table tennis and bicycles are available and we have and three row boats on the ponds.
