Bed and Breakfast La Paravent (Label 4 Ears Gîtes de France) awaits your for a relaxing and cosy stay in a small village of just over 700 inhabitants, at a height of 870 m , and only 10 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay.

This former farm was carefully renovated with stone, wood, marble, and offers all comfort, peace and beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
For a relaxing time, we invite you to be charmed by our house and enjoy the solarium and a green garden, shaded by a centenary walnut tree.


You can make several walks from the house, simple walks or hikes for more experienced, to enjoy the clean air and discover various landscapes.

Our little village Chaspinhac is worth a visit, the Paravent cross, which dates from the sixteenth century, offers a magnificent view, admire the old stone houses, discover the listed Romanesque church, the market place with its barns, a beautiful fountain and the old wash house and bread oven; but also climb to the summit of Mont Serre (former Strombolian volcano opposite the house) and you will love the panoramic view of the mountains of Mézenc, Meygal .., le Puy-en-Velay, Polignac ... or have a nice walk to the hamlet of Saint-Quentin (under rehabilitation with the techniques and materials of yesteryear) that reveals another horizon (the Loire Gorges )
