Nancy and Pascal welcome you to their Bed and Breakfast Inn in the village of Chasteuil. They have renovated the old village schoolhouse into a cozy inn where restful accommodations and delicious meals await you. Chasteuil is a tiny 16th century village located at the entrance of the Gorges du Verdon. From its south-facing location, 900 meters high in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it overlooks the Verdon River below. "Les Gorges du Verdon", The Verdon Canyon, is one of the deepest and most spectacular in Europe. The village has been restored by its inhabitants in the local architectural tradition. The Grand Randonnée number 4, an important and scenic hiking trail, crosses through the village and passes by the foot of the Inn.
The Chasteuil Bed and Breakfast Inn is an ideal base from which to explore the countryside of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
