Il Monticello is a privately owned stone villa full of charm and character situated on the Plascassier hill near Grasse, the world capital of perfume, about 25 minutes from the international airport of Nice, and some 15 minutes from Cannes.The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and two with a terrace. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly. The villa is surrounded by a large Provencal garden with plenty of flowers and shade, offering a beautiful view, a large swimming pool and a private parking.
The calm is absolute yet everything is within reach: 7 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, shops, railway station, etc. High tech is not missing: broadband access to the Internet (ADSL) is available via a wireless LAN (WiFi) in all rooms.
English and German spoken. Rates : from 95 to 120 euros per night and per room (depending on the season and based on single or double occupancy), continental breakfast included.
