Located in lush greenery, the very comfortable cottage with an area of 170 m2 was completely renovated in 2014 and can accommodate 12 people. Half way between La Rochelle, the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Marais Poitevin, you can relax, and hike or bike on our little country roads.

On ground level there are a fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer), a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed of 140x190cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate WC, a privative terrace and a private carpark.

On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms with a bed of 140x190, 3 twin bedrooms with beds of 90x190cm and 2 bathrooms with shower, including one with WC.

Rental per weekend or short stay, minimum rental 2 nights.

Weekly prices :
360 Euro: low season October 1st - March 31st, heating included
550 Euro: Average season April 1st - June 30st, September and first week of July
1200 Euro: High season (August and the last 3 weeks of July)
