Totally renovated with a classic but modern interiors and contemporary paintings, Blue Sturgeon is situated on the small port of Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, "the village of caviar", famous in the 1920's for being the first place in Europe to produce caviar.
Mr Pierre Bergé, the co-founder of Yves-Saint-Laurent, is to open a caviar museum / bistro on the port and later a caviar restaurant in association with Prunier caviar restaurant of Paris.

Blue Sturgeon has 5 bedrooms, all with bathrooms. We offer a bar, lounge and dining area with log burning stove and exposed beams with rare carpentry. There is a large park 9000m² with a lake and a pool backing onto sunflowers fields.
