We welcome you to our castle Château Borie Neuve, a charming family vineyard situated in the Minervois countryside, 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi and 15 minutes from Carcassonne .

This haven of peace is the perfect place to rest and relax in a pastoral setting .

We welcome you in authenticity , you can discover our wines, AOP Minervois , and we will show you the winemaker's art of living.

Our early 19th century mansion was completely renovated in order to offer you spacious and comfortable rooms, each with a double bed (160 or 180x200 cm) and private bathroom . You can enjoy the lounge of the house, with TV, and a terrace with views over the park and the pool , the village of Badens and the countryside.

The house is surrounded by landscaped gardens with large trees for beautiful naps lulled by the sound of cicadas, a petanque court and swings for children . Bordering the park you will find a 10x5 m swimming pool with a large terrace equipped with deckchairs and parasols (do not forget your sunscreen !) .

Breakfast is included in the nightly rate , and is served at pool house overlooking the pool.

You can make beautiful invigorating walks or cycle in the heart of the vineyards ; we have some bikes to lend you .
Children will be delighted to visit our farm animals (donkeys , horses and pygmy goats ) or to participate in the collection of eggs from our hens.

In the evening, you can join the common table for dinner (reservations required) .

Alone, with family or friends, for a weekend or a week or more , you will not have time to get bored . For a stay combining flavors , nature and scenery .
