Château de Frétoy offers you 12 guestrooms with a total capacity of 32 beds. Besides that we rent out our newly renovated coach house that houses three luxury suites and two appartments.

The castle is situated in Burgundy which borders the Morvan, a vast natural park, near the finest vineyards of the Côte d’Or. The estate covers 4 hectares. There is a splendid view from the castle over the valley.

Château de Frétoy is located 500km from Le Havre and 600 km from Calais. There's a motorway all the way or a direct high speed train via Lille from London or Ashford: take the Eurostar to Lille and then the TGV direct to Le Creusot. The total travel time when you travel by train is approximately six hours.

The TGV station at Le Creusot/Montchanin is only 20 km from our château.

The estate is hilly and includes forest, grassland and a small lake.

Guests enjoy a swimming pool, tennis court and fishing pool.

Château de Frétoy is thoroughly renovated, respecting the original architecture. Furnishing and decoration are contemporary, modern and original. This combination results in a surprising charm and personal atmosphere.
