Located ten minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, in a romantic park on the banks of the 'Loire sauvage', Château de Volhac (a 12th century fortress) offers the charm and scenery of a historic house.

Anne and John Muller will welcome you warmly and will be pleased to share their knowledge of the region and its heritage.

Starting point for hiking trails: Chemin de Stevenson, protected sites of the wild Loire (Gr3), discovery of the Puy-en-Velay and castles of the Haute Loire Valley.

The 2 ensuite bedrooms are served independently by the 15th century spiral staircase.
The Stevenson studio (2-3 people) with a kitchen allows a stay in complete independance.
