This Chambres d'hotes stands in 1/4 acre of land and is set back from the main D117 road which heads towards Perpignan through the Pierre-Lys Gorge. The River Aude runs behind the property separated by a path and the relaxing sound of the river can be heard from the grounds.
We have a newly installed swimming pool 10x4m with decking and sun loungers.
Tables and chairs are provided in the garden and on the balcony for anyone wishing to take breakfast alfresco. You are welcome to pick fruit from our trees when the fruit is in abundance.
We offer continental buffet breakfast included in the price, free internet Wi-Fi, free on-site parking and a secure storage area for bicycles, fishing tackle, ski's etc. We can provide an airport shuttle service to Carcassonne.

We have two double bedrooms, one twin and one family. All rooms have private bathroom with shower, sink and wc, flat screen satellite TV with DVD slot, fan, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities. Also memory foam mattresses and Eygptian cotton sheets. Bath towels are provided - just bring a beach towel for swimming. Guests have access to a communal fridge/freezer. The rooms are non-smoking but smoking is permitted within the grounds.
We also have a new ground floor self catering apartment for rent which can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Please email for details.
Nearest shops, bars & restaurants 3km away. Mediterranean beaches and entrance to Spain just over 1 hour's drive away. Swimming lake, Dinosaur Museum within 1/2 hour drive away. Nearest ski resort just under 1 hour's drive away. Visit the 21 sites of the Cathar Country.
The Tour de France usually passes by the property and did so on 6th July 2013.
The area is ideal for walkers, ramblers, cyclists, fishermen or skiers or anyone wishing for a relaxing holiday within easy reach of the beach.
