The property is situated in Baleyssagues, which borders the Lot-et-Garonne, the Dordogne and the Gironde, and is just 40 minutes from Bergerac and 70 minutes from Bordeaux. The Bastide town of Duras is less than three kilometres away and enjoys spectacular views across the beautiful valley and vineyards to Duras Chateau and beyond.

Labarthe has undergone a complete renovation since current owners Jeanette and Richard took the property over in 2014, and is now a luxury home-away-from-home with everything needed for a great holiday.
