The old protestant rectory was recently renovated to keep as much of the original character as possible and with respect to the local tradition. Much of the furniture was built by Giles. Located in the heart of the old town, our three suites welcome you.
In summer, our huge chestnuts tree offers you its shade in the middle of the garden, in turn we will offer you a traditional Sancerre aperitif accompanied by it’s local delicacy, the famous goat cheese « Crottin de Chavignol ».
Calm and tranquillity assured as well as internet and wifi.

Our three suites of 35m2 each can accomodate 2 to 4 guest. They are located on the first floor of the old rectory

• The Purple Suite
Comprise off :
- Bedroom with king size bed
- Lounge with a double sofa bed (140 cm Futon)
- Bathroom with shower and toilets

• The Pink Suite
Comprise off :
- Bedroom with king size bed
- Lounge with two single sofa bed (80 cm Futon)
- Bathroom with shower and toilets


• The Apricot Suite
Comprise off :
- Two separate bedrooms, both furnished with twin beds
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Toilets


For breakfast, you will discover the fresh bread of artisans-bakers from the village, together with our homemade selection of jams and jellies including strawberry, raspberry, apricot, rhubarb, peach, plum, pear, quinces, grapes as well as the honey from our beehive.


On request, we are able to provide you with some of our home cooking specialities….
We use the products of our gardens and a selection of ingredients from our local friendly farmers, butchers, cheese makers and vine makers.
To accompany the meal, we give you a wine-taste of Sancerre-wines.
