This unusual bourgeois property consists of three buildings:
• The house we occupy and where meals are served (either in the dining room or on the terrace ...)
• The dependencies with the gym and sauna
• A second house, in typically Berry style composed of :
1. a self catering cottage with an enclosed front garden of 150 m2
2. a separate b&b room at the back (approx. 25 m2) with a small garden terrace ...

The whole has been completely renovated by us and is open since April 1st !

The guest room : You will find a small table and chairs and a fridge with some cold drinks (extra charge) and free coffee, tea and herbal tea.
So you can have meals at our table or make the choice to be served in your room!
The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine (and dryer) so you can stay a few days more and a changing table for your baby ...
Baby / children equipment available upon request.

The self catering holiday rental consists of a main room with open kitchen to dining room and lounge with a wood stove, a bedroom on ground level with access to an enclosed private garden equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs a second lounge "TV corner" with sofa bed and a bedroom with dressing room, a children's room and a bathroom. You will find several TV with VHS & DVD player (as well as K7), a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board ... and all the baby equipment.

The property also contains a park of a hectare on which you'll soon find (late June) an indoor heated swimming pool with swim against the tide and its seats (chairs, umbrella and sun shower of freshwater) and a boules court and a playground for children and adults (swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline ...).

In addition: gym with sauna and coach + + + beauty treatments and massage well being through participation of external interveners!

We also propose meals with in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with varied local cuisine with fresh products from the region.
The vegetables will be from our own garden or a farmer who grows organic Charenton! You can also prepare the menu with us!
