In her nineteenth-century country house located in the Eure Valley in the small village of Saint-Prest, you host Danielle invites you to enjoy the charm of her two spacious comfortable guest rooms.
Saint-Prest is a quiet green village, five kilometres from Chartres - Eure et Loir -, a city famous for its cathedral and old houses.
Saint-Prest is conveniently located in the Eure valley. Its nice riverside walks will enable you to explore its mills and wash houses.. They are the perfect place to discover the mysteries of its lush countryside and the ideal destination for relaxation.

Welcome to my country house wide open onto a green flower garden. Situated on the doorstep of Chartres, in the Eure valley, close to Maintenon and its château, come and visit our two charming guest rooms and the surrounding region.

The advantages: wifi, television, independent access, sunny terrace, garden furniture, bikes, kitchenette ideal for self-catering. The rooms are a ten minutes walk away from the railway station.

Belle de nuit
Large comfortable room for three people with a king size bed and a single bed. It is decorated in shades of taupe and chocolate. The ancient beams and the brick walls give this room and its en-suite bathroom a genuine character.
Area: 25 m2

Coquelicot / Poppy
Beautiful room for two people with two single beds. The ancient beams and the shaded tones of grey and deep purple create a relaxing atmosphere. The en-suite bathroom with its big shower is decorated in the same shades.
Are: 22m2.

There is a television and a writing desk in each room.

The country house “ The Roguenette guest rooms” is nestled in a quiet lane in the heart of the village of Saint-Prest. It is a green village with lovely riverside walks where you can discover mills and wash houses.

The rooms with independent access are situated at the end of the house and thus guarantee the privacy you need.
The living-room on the ground floor opens directly onto the green flower garden. Hearty breakfasts with homemade jam and cakes will be served in this room equipped with a kitchen at our guests’ disposal. Both rooms are upstairs. They are separated by a small lounge.

To enjoy the flower garden, breakfast will be served on the sunny terrace weather permitting.
