The "Galets Blancs" are located at land's end in Finistère, at Le Conquet, and these are more than ordinary gîtes or self catering holiday homes ; these are "maisons de charme et de caractère” (houses full of charm and character), built between 1557 and 1793, in a picturesque setting on the Kermorvan Peninsula, opposite Le Conquet, known in Breton as Konk Leon.

This longère farmhouse and its "Penty" (small stone house) have a magnificent view of the ria and the Iroise Sea. Life in the property, which is on the waterfront, moves to the rhythm of the tides. It also backs onto the 2 km long Blancs Sablons Beach located on a natural, untouched peninsula. This is a guarantee that you will spend a delightful and restful holiday in an atmosphere bathed in maritime tradition. You can go to the village on foot over the footbridge, or to the harbour to buy your shellfish and fish directly from the fishermen, or take a ferry to the islands of Molène, Ouessant (Ushant) and Quéménès.
