Listen to the sound of silence ... two unique and spacious bed and breakfast suites in a lovely old rambling stone farmhouse in the Pyrenean foothills - a very special rural retreat for couples.

The house has been restored with imagination, sensitivity and love and sits in the heart of the natural parc, surrounded by woodland. You'll enjoy the warmth and friendliness of this home and the peace of its large natural gardens, plus space, silence, an informal and laid back atmosphere and 'la slow attitude'.

'La P'tite Maison' (65 m2) is an independent suite over 3 levels - a real little house! On the ground floor, a sitting room; upstairs a bedroom, with mezzanine for contemplation or relaxation, plus shower room and WC.

'L'Atelier d'Artiste' (115 m2), a stunning, triple aspect former barn over 2 levels that occupies the whole north-west wing of the house, offers bed and breakfast with a difference: breakfast is included, but you'll also have your own fully equipped kitchen for self catering so you get the best of both worlds.

The house has been renovated using natural and ecological materials and methods, and furnished with a mixture of reclaimed and contemporary furniture. It's equipped for the 21st century with multimedia and Wifi.

Former restaurateurs, we're passionate about local produce and cooking. You'll begin each day with breakfast ‘façon Maison Grillou’: copious, varied and full of colour and flavour. A table d'hôte dinner is available three times a week.

Our central situation is perfect for exploring this lovely area; by car you can reach pretty much anywhere in the department in less than an hour. You’ll discover an authentic region of outstanding natural beauty: perfect for walkers, with well marked paths at all levels, for lovers of nature and the outdoors, for the 'sportif' as well as those who like to take things more gently. Explore green foothills and majestic high Pyrenean peaks, potter round medieval villages and local markets, drive on quiet roads and walk on peaceful paths, stand and stare at breathtaking views …
