All year round, Christophe welcomes you for night or more at the heart of the Phocaean city in a renewed loft. Ideally placed at 7 minutes by foot of the train-station "Saint Charles" and of the seaport, less than 10 minutes by foot from the "Vieux-port" and the Canebière, just a step from the historic district of the "Panier" (world-famous district thanks to the French series "Plus belle la vie"), near the highway A7 (towards Aix), of A55 (towards Martigues and Montpelier) and of A50 (towards Toulon, Ciotat, Cassis).

You can easily move around by subway (station at 50 meters), bus or tram.

Self-service bicycle hire at 30 meters

At the heart of a renewed loft, we propose you a very comfortable b&b room : double bed 140/190cm, TV (with 40 cable channels), WiFi, privative bathroom with shower (temperature control tap), hairdryer.

Buffet-style breakfast included : coffee, tea, chocolate, orange juice, yoghurt, bread, butter, home made jams, cereals, fruits, croissants.


Pets not admitted - high-heeled shoes are forbidden because of the old-style parquet - non-smoking room

Price list low season: 59€* (for one night, 1 person or couple - breakfast included ) from October 1st to May 31st.

Price list full season: 65€* (for one night, 1 person or couple -) from June 1st to September 30th.


For 3 nights or more, we grant 10 % of discount on the totality of your stay


The prices do not include tourist tax (0,40 € per day and per person).
59€ of deposit is asked for any reservation.
No Credit card.
Balance to be paid at arrival.
Any early departure during your stay will not be paid off.
