Situated in the centre of the village of Vauchrétien, just a couple of miles from the tallest château in France - le Château de Brissac - Les Escargots is exceptionally well-placed to discover Anjou, and its capital Angers, the Saumurois, the Châteaux of the Loire, Le Puy du Fou.We have the label "Accueil Vélo", being recommended for hosting cyclists (we are on the Layon-Loire itinerary, a branch of the Loire à Vélo cycle route. We also have the label "Vignobles et Découvertes", recognising our links with the areas wine producers.
