This old water mill dating from the early 17th century is situated at 10 minutes from St Emilion, within an idyllic framework.
The property of the Mill of Rioupassat is set in a green environment, equipped with a large raised park of 5000m², with an infinity pool and a beach.

SOMETHING SPECIAL : a luxury B&B perched at 8m above the ground in the middle of a bicentenary tree , with an incredible view on the vines, the park of the mill and the horses.
Our refined rooms include:

1) Senior Suite of 60m ² “L'Authentique” created in the former grain-attic, with its row of 17th century beams.

2) Room “Comtesse” of 30m ² equipped with a large stone period fireplace, queen size double bed (160cm) with top-of-the-range memory foam mattress, relaxation-corner with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and home made delicacies. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC.

3) Room “Baroque” of 30m ², equipped with a large stone period fireplace, queen size double bed (160cm) with top-of-the-range memory foam mattress, relaxation-corner with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and home made delicacies. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC.


4) Luxury B&B “Les Amoureux Perchés” in a perched hut at 8m above the ground in the middle of the park of the property. Cocooning atmosphere, bathroom with shower, TRUE separate WC and a private terrace to have a drink under the stars!

The breakfast room is equipped with a large stone fireplace.
Nicky's Art workshop, and several living rooms where you can relax.
The wellness corner with spa and sauna and massages on reservation.
