2nd level : 1 bedroom (1 double bed, cot).
1st level : kitchen with sitting area (microwave, dishwasher, convertible sofa sleeps 2 , TV), shower room, wc.

Central heating included. Beds made on arrival. Mobicarte Telephone. Garden furniture and private barbecue on the common terrace at the back of the house overlooking the surrounding greenery. There is another cottage on the same level.

Common use: freezer, washing machine, dryer, enclosed courtyard, parking, green space, terrace, sandpit, swings, games room with table tennis, billiards and other games.
