This is a small bed and breakfast in the village of Turriers (altitude 1000 m, population 400), one of the Key Villages in the UNESCO GeoParc of Haute Provence, France.
We have one self-catering apartment to let (French: gîte). The gîte sleeps up to 4 persons. It forms the ground floor of the house, at the front. It consists of living-room/kitchen with bunk beds, and bedroom with large double or two single beds, plus service rooms (total 35 sq.m.) and a tiny garden. The general standard of comfort is simple but adequate. All mattresses are orthopaedic for maximum comfort. Bed and household linen and all necessary equipment are supplied. Washing machine and microwave over available. Heating is by electric oil-filled radiators or wood stove.
Bike rental, bowling, tennis, football, and a children's playground just a few meters from the house.

In the main house we have one guestroom available on a B&B basis. Homecooked meals using local ingredients can be ordered at our table. The special feature of this accommodation is that the main house with its botanical garden has been approved for the UNESCO GeoParc label of Haute Provence, meaning a rich natural environment and local traditions are guaranteed.

If you are looking for a sporty holiday in a mountain location or just a good rest breathing pure air and enjoying year-round sunshine, this is the place for you! Visit picturesque villages, markets of Provence or a mountain lake.

We live in the house ourselves, speak fluent English, Dutch, German and French and are happy to give you all the help and information you need to thoroughly enjoy your stay.
