Cottage listed “3 épis”, comfortable, renovated in February 2015, for 9 people in a small village at 30 minutes from Troyes, 10 km of Bar-sur-Aube and Vendeuvre-on-Barse, 1 km of Nigloland (www.nigloland.com).


Le Sourcier is a pretty stone house of 118m ² on closed ground (449m ²) offering to you a terrace with living room of garden and barbecue, deckchairs and games of outside for the children.

At the ground floor: kitchen equipped (dishwasher), living room/stay with chimney, lether sofa 5 people and lether sofa 3 people, television set LED 80cm, DVD player, WIFI free, bathroom with bath-tub (and changing table for babies), washing and drying machine, separate WC.


On the 1st floor: 3 rooms with 1 double bed (new beds Epeda in 160 X 200 cm) and 1 room with 3 single beds (new beds Epeda in 90 X 190 cm), bathroom with shower, separate WC.

Many equipment for babies: beds, plan to be swaddled, high chair, rehausseurs of chair, Dishes, spoons…

The beds are made on your arrival and the table linen is provided (cloths and towels).

The week : 400 euros, the mid-week (from Monday evening to Friday morning) : 400 euros.
Week-end from Friday 4.00pm to Sunday 6.00pm (2 nights) : 370 euros.

PRICES short school holidays :
from 06th February to 06th March 2016
from 02nd April to 01st May 2016
from 20th October to 2nd November 2016 (already booked)
The week : 500 euros.

Prices Medium season :
from 02nd May to 01st July 2016
from 03rd September to 01st October 2016
The week : 530 euros. Mid-week (from Monday evening to Friday morning) : 400 euros. The week-end (2 nights) : 370 euros.

PRICES Summer holidays (from Saturday 4.00pm to Saturday 10.00am) :
From 02nd July 03rd September 2016 : 650 euros per week.

PRICES "End of the year holidays" :
from 17th December to 31st December 2016 : 530 euros per week.

Week-end 3 nights out of school holidays (from Friday evening to Monday morning) : 430 euros.

In option, with supplement:
- bathroom towels : 5 euros per person.

A pre-payment of 25% will be requested to you from the reservation, the payment of balance will be requested on the day of your arrival.

Guarantee requested: 300 euros by cheque or cash on your arrival day (restored at the end of the stay after the inventory of fixtures).

The rentals are made from Saturday 4.00 pm at the Saturday the 10.00 am during school holidays. Possibility of night, weekend and mid-week except school holidays (please consult us).

We inform you that the house is “not smoker”. Our friends the animals are not allowed.
