Our cottage is a splendid modern house, offering large interior and exterior spaces.
It is equipped any comfort (two stoves, two ovens, a freezer a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kettles, etc), it offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including one equipped with a shower and bath-tub, with 2 separate toilets as well as a private garden of 2000m ² equipped with a barbecue, a swing, deckchairs and gardenfurniture, a swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters.

In a calm setting in the center of the mountains of Uchaux, between Drome and Vaucluse, this residence will allow you to relax to visit and discover markets, shows, castles, concerts, Festival of the correspondence in Grignan, or the famous festival of Avignon from July 4th to July 25th.
