Apart from this period, possibility of renting 2 rooms in the Villa.

Terrace: plancha, garden furniture, deck chairs, parasols.

Room 2: 1 queen size bed 160 cm, shower room, (shower, basin), WC, hair dryer, dressingroom and LCD TV.
Room 3: 1 queen size bed 160 cm (which can be separated into 2 beds of 80cm ) shower room, (shower, basin), WC, hair dryer, dressingroom and LCD TV.
Patio, equipped summer kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dish-washer, microwave oven, induction plate, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine), office.
Outdoor pool with overflow 4 X 9 Mr.

The beds are made on your arrival.

Cleaning of the Villa: 250 €.

Prices 2017: price per night (1 week minimum).
Conditions of rental: arrival from 17 PM. Departure before 10 AM.
Payable at arrival: guarantee of 3000 € in cash or cheque.
Prices include: water, electricity, cleaning, tourist tax.
Down payment: 30% at reservation. The rest should be paid one month before the arrival.

Residence Terre et Mer includes the Villa, 6 apartments and 3 studios. Possibility of independent rental.

The villa is located in the golf of Pinarello, 600 m from the small wild beach of Vardiola, and approximately 3.5 km from the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio with all shops (tobacco/press, pharmacy, bakeries, butcher, supermarket, service station, fish shop).
