Annie's House is a cosy self-catering holiday cottage for couples set within the private and peaceful grounds of our French-Anglo family home, La Bellevue. Beautifully presented, prepared and equipped to a high standard, Annie’s features include the characteristic tuffeau stone, wooden beams and terracotta floor tiles.

A countryside scene of sunflower fields and vineyards, enjoy the calm and tranquillity our village setting has to offer. Close to the market town of Montreuil-Bellay and favourably positioned between Saumur and Chinon, amenities, restaurants, local markets and discovery of the Loire Valley’s rich history, majestic châteaux, regional cuisine and wines are all easily accessible.

ABOUT ANNIE’S HOUSE

Upstairs comprises of a light and airy double bedroom furnished with an attractive chair, full length mirror, chest of drawers and clothes rail with wooden hangers. A wooden staircase** leads down into a spacious living room. Off-set the living room is the kitchen which is adjoined by a generous sized shower room decorated in blue and white tiling.

Annie's entrance, in the living room, opens out on to a gravelled courtyard, a lovely sun trap and space for outside living. The courtyard is furnished with metalwork garden table & chairs (incl. cushions), a wooden bench, a bbq (charcoal), 2x teak steamer chairs for relaxing in, and a parasol which can be set at an angle.

** Annie's House is NOT suitable for those with knee conditions or impaired mobility.

BEDROOM : the bed is a standard double size supplied with a mattress, pillow case protectors and duvet - optional hire of quality bed linen.

LIVING ROOM : 2 seater sofa, arm chair, wifi, TV (French), dvd player & up-to-date dvd’s, a cd player, reading books, games, local information and brochures for ideas of things to do, places to visit and sights to see.

KITCHEN : kettle, toaster, 4-ring induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, glassware, extensive range of kitchen utensils and household products : washing up liquid, sponge & scratchy pad, salt & pepper, olive oil, bin liners, cling film, aluminium foil - optional hire of household linen.

LOO & SHOWER ROOM : is supplied with a hairdryer, loo rolls, a shower curtain and floor mat.

- Electrically operated entrance gates ensure privacy and secure parking

- Taxe de Séjour, 0,70cts per person, per night, payable prior to departure.
- Damage Deposit : 150€ payable on arrival and returned on the morning of departure.
