It communicates with the ground floor studio "le tilleul", which includes 1 equipped kitchen with dining corner (separated from the room by a sliding door), 1 bedroom (queen size double bed of 1.60m) with 2 armchairs and 1 flat screen tv, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower), 1 separate toilet, 1 private terrace with garden furniture.

Swimming pool (open from May to September) of 5 x 11 m on the 8,5 acre estate with woods, meadows, and truffle oaks.

Location: in the Lot, on the edge of a small village of Quercy, 15 minutes from Cahors and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, 50 minutes from Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm, 1 hour from Toulouse, Albi, Sarlat, and the caves of Lascaux.
